Split the payment for your dental treatment
Dental hygiene is simply the performance of professional teeth cleaning by a dental hygienist. Regular dental hygiene treatment is the most effective and safest method to maintain both healthy and beautiful teeth for life. It also prevents gum disease very effectively. Our dental specialists provide patients with a meticulous standard of quality care by offering you careful check-ups with individual advice on all aspects of oral hygiene and nutritional best practices.
How do our finance plans work
Our hygienists offer a variety of services from advice to polishing and include:
Oral hygiene advice – We have a wealth of expertise to share with you, from tips preventing plaque build-up and dieting advice to avoiding tooth decay.
Scale and polish – The removal of plaque and tartar, not removed from at-home brushing.
Root planing – For patients with early signs of gum disease, root planing helps reattach the gum to the tooth.
Air polishing – A gentle procedure which removes all traces of plaque and everyday stains using a fine jet of compressed air, water and power particles. It’s suitable for the following:
- Patients with stained, discoloured teeth or plaque deposits which can’t be removed by brushing alone
- Cleaning of braces in preparation for services before bonding or other treatments
- Before a filling, veneers, teeth whitening treatment or having a bridge, crown etc
We also offer advanced hygiene treatments such as air polish, which uses a fine jet of air and water to remove surface stains and plaque without the need for scraping or scratching. This can be especially beneficial for patients with sensitive teeth or for those looking to brighten their smile.
