Kisaan and Abi my new dentist team are a brilliant. For emergencies they always try to fit me in as soon as possible which I really appreciate. They always put me at ease and explain my treatment options fully. They constantly check during treatment that I am comfortable and pain-free. I honestly can’t recommend my dentist, Kisaan Vikayaratnam, highly enough. I have severe anxiety about visiting the dentist, especially when it comes to needles, but he has been incredibly patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout my treatment. I’ve been at the practice almost every week recently—whether in a panic or because another dental issue has come up—and not once has he or the team made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Every visit has been met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, which has made such a difference to my confidence. The reception team have also been absolutely amazing. They’ve managed to fit me in for same-day appointments when I’ve needed urgent help, and have even contacted Kisaan on his day off to make sure I received the treatment and advice I needed. That level of care and dedication is truly exceptional. I’ve recently moved my children over to him as well, and once again he was fantastic with them. It’s so reassuring to have a dentist you can completely trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kisaan and the whole team to anyone, especially if you’re a nervous patient. Amazing experience as always, amazing staff at reception and Dr kisaan was exceptional,  i came in with a broken conposite on my front tooth, he replaced it and did an amazing job alongside abi. Very professional,  very informative and extremely helpful. Took his time to explain and do the procedure. In my opinion he is probably the best dentist i have experienced at valley. What can I say!? Valley Dental have been absolutely amazing! I have gone from a crying blubbering wreck being dragged in, to walking in with a smile on my face! All thanks to Dr. Nahar and his team! The kindness and patience I have experienced here is out of this world! Not once have I been made to feel silly for my phobia and they have worked with me to help me overcome it! I am almost at the end of my Invisalign journey and could not be happier! I now have a smile that I am confident showing off! Bring on the final results!
